Welcome to our dental hygiene services. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. We will confirm your appointment via email or SMS. Please ensure you provide accurate contact details so we can reach you if needed.

We visit patients at their homes, so please ensure someone is available at the appointment time and that the treatment area is accessible and clean.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee, as this time could have been offered to another patient.

We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers. Prices for our services are listed on our website and will be confirmed before treatment begins.

Your health and safety are our priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before treatment. We follow strict infection control procedures and use sterile equipment for every patient.

If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please let us know so we can reschedule.

We carry professional indemnity insurance and are registered with the appropriate regulatory bodies. While we take every care to provide excellent service, we cannot be held liable for any issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the patient.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
